Wilderness Foundation UK harnesses the power of the wilderness to transform vulnerable lives and empowers people to conserve nature. They help individuals combat personal problems, develop resiliency and become familiar with the benefits of the natural world for mental wellbeing.

Bristol Outreach Services for the Homeless provides, not only the basic necessities for survival on the streets, but anything that can reasonably be offered to make the lives of people living on the streets more comfortable, whilst they are waiting for accommodation. 


They also provide advocacy, advice, one to one support and help settling in to a new home and maintaining a tenancy.

Eddie's Street Cuts has been providing free haircut services to the homeless communities in the South West since 2016. They provide monthly outreach services in St James Park in Bristol partnered with B.O.S.H.

With a breadth of activities from planting and growing their own food to animal handling and swimming in the onsite weir, the Stowford Education Centre offers students the opportunity to connect with the land, adapt to the varying seasons and build resiliency by learning in the outdoors.
